I am an experienced Personal Mentor and Inspirational Speaker and have survived divorce, my Mum’s physical and mental illnesses, parental bereavements and six redundancies over my 30-year career.

I decided to set up Confident ladies after going through some life changes myself and after each of these I was left thinking 'Ok, what do I do now?'
