One of our participants in the SOS Divorce Makeover is Michelle, who gave her reaction to the 'Talking About The Ex' video:
"By the way the videos were spot on. I think anyone with their given set of divorce circumstances recognises many if not all of the highlighted points. I never really mention the kids' dad, other than to catch up with what they did the weekend and the whose, who of their new extended family. The particular video I had in mind here was when asked to say something positive about your ex... I never really do that, I never put him down but I never acknowledge the positives, which is sad when you come to think of it. Maybe I should let the children know this, but their does seem to be a bit of a silence surrounding mentioning him of late." Michelle
